Columbus Assigns Five Players to Crunch

Syracuse, NY (October 8, 2008) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have assigned the following five players to the Crunch.

The Crunch open their 15th AHL season with a home-and-home series against their I-90 rivals, the Rochester Americans. The teams will face-off at the Blue Cross Arena on Friday, October 10, followed by the Crunch’s home opener at the War Memorial at Oncenter on Saturday, October 11 at 7:30 p.m. Season and single-game tickets are available by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444.
