SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Tickets to the 2016 AHL All-Star Classic hosted by the Syracuse Crunch will go on sale Wednesday, May 27 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are priced at $50 for stage seating and sections 1 and 25 and $60 for all other seating locations. Youth tickets for children 12 and under will cost $50 for all locations. These tickets include admission to the Skills Competition on Jan. 31 and the All-Star Game on Feb. 1. Discounted ticket prices are available for groups of 15 or more.

Crunch season ticket holders may purchase their seats, and any additional tickets, at an exclusive discounted price of $40 for stage seating and sections 1 and 25 and $50 for all other seating locations. There is no limit to how many seats season ticket holders may purchase at these prices.

Tickets can be purchased either in person at the Syracuse Crunch Office located in the War Memorial Arena on 800 South State Street in Syracuse, by calling (315) 473-4444 and through all
Ticketmaster outlets.

Details about other social events taking place during the All-Star Classic, including the AHL Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Ceremony, will be announced at a later date.

The 2016 AHL All-Star Classic will feature the top young talent in the American Hockey League: Of the 679 players to take part in the AHL All-Star Classic since 1995, more than 93 percent have competed in the National Hockey League, including Patrice Bergeron, Ben Bishop, Troy Brouwer, Ryan Callahan, Zdeno Chara, Logan Couture, Jiri Hudler, Tyler Johnson, Chris Kunitz, Ryan Miller, Gustav Nyquist, Zach Parise, Tuukka Rask, Pekka Rinne, Bobby Ryan, Martin St. Louis, Cory Schneider, Patrick Sharp, Jason Spezza, Eric Staal, P.K. Subban and Mats Zuccarello.

In operation since 1936, the AHL continues to serve as the top development league for all 30 National Hockey League teams. More than 88 percent of today's NHL players are American Hockey League graduates, and for the 14th year in a row, more than 6 million fans attended AHL games across North America in 2014-15.
