2012-13: Pro/Crunch debut Apr. 6 at HER with two PIM... Signed to amateur try-out contract by Tampa Bay and assigned to Syracuse Apr. 1... Played senior season at Western Michigan University (CCHA), appearing in all 38 games... Named Second Team All-CCHA with ten points... First career multipoint game (two assists) Oct. 13. 

2011-2012: Helped Western Michigan to the program’s second CCHA Tournament Championhip, playing 40 games with 13 points... Had an assist in three straight games Feb. 11-18 

2010-2011: Sophomore season at Western Michigan University, posting nine points in 42 games... One of nine players to appear in every team game... Awarded the Bill Saunders Plus/Minus Award for finishing with a team-high +13 rating. 

2009-2010: Played freshman season at Western Michigan University... Scored six points in 32 games... First career goal Nov. 13, 2009 at Ohio State. 

OTHER: Registered 22 points in 55 games with plus-30 for Fargo Force (USHL) in 2008-2009 and was named a USHL All-Star … Scored 13 points in 58 games with the Ohio Junior Blue Jackets (USHL) in 2007-2008. 

TRANSACTIONS: Drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2008 NHL Draft, in the sixth round, #160 overall.
