Below are answers to frequently asked questions about Syracuse Crunch tickets, packages and policies. 

In addition to this page, the Syracuse Crunch office would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Visit the office inside the Upstate Medical University Arena at 800 S. State St. in Syracuse, call us at 315-473-4444 or fill out the ticket information inquiry form and a Crunch representative will contact you directly.

How do I use Account Manager?

Account Manager can be accessed at www.syracusecrunch.com/accountmanager. Step-by-step instruction guides for Account Manager can be found here.

How do I access my tickets on my mobile device?

Tickets purchased and/or managed through Account Manager are only available on your mobile device. Tickets cannot be printed. You must log into your Account Manager on your mobile device to access the barcode upon entry into the Upstate Medical University Arena or to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet if using an iPhone.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to access your tickets on your mobile device.
 

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets may be purchased with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express in person or over the phone with the Syracuse Crunch office at 315-473-4444, at the Upstate Medical University Arena Box Office or online through Ticketmaster or Account Manager. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be held without payment.
 
Tickets ordered over the phone through the Crunch office can be delivered to you via text or mail, left at will call or you can visit the office to pick them up.
 

Is there a bag policy?

A bag policy went into effect on January 1, 2022, per ASM Global.

Fans will be able to carry only the approved style and size bag, package or container into the venue and will be subject to a thorough search.

Approved bags include:
• clear bags made of plastic, vinyl or pvc and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" items in the bag must be in clear plastic bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
• one gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
• purses larger than a clutch bag, hard or soft coolers, briefcases, luggage of any kind, computer bags, fanny packs, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size
 
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Please contact security at least 24 hours in advance to request an exception at 315-435-8042.

Are there additional building policies I should be aware of?

All concessions stands are cashless. All major credit cards are accepted throughout the facility. Apple Pay, Android Pay and other touchless payment options are available in most locations.

The Oncenter parking lot is also cashless.


Are there additional safety measures?

Fans entering the Upstate Medical University Arena will be subject to bag checks and metal detectors before entering the game.

Are groups eligible to receive a special ticket price?

You can enjoy special pricing and exclusive benefits by purchasing Syracuse Crunch group tickets, available for any group of 10 or more people. More information on group tickets can be found here.
 

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket if they sit on your lap for the entire game.
 

What is the difference between full season and partial season tickets?

Full season tickets guarantee you the same seat for all 36 home games. Partial season tickets guarantee you the same seat (restrictions may apply) for your choice of 10 or 20 specific regular season home games. Partial package holders must select games by October 1 to guarantee full schedule availability for preferred seats. Full season and partial season ticket seat locations are selected when the package is purchased.

What is the difference between partial season tickets and flex packages?
 
Partial season tickets guarantee you the same seat (restrictions may apply) for your choice of 10 or 20 specific regular season home games. Partial package holders must select games by October 1 to guarantee full schedule availability for preferred seats. Partial season ticket seat locations are selected when the package is purchased.
 
Flex packages include 10 or 20 ticket vouchers. These vouchers fit your schedule and may be redeemed for available seating in any quantity, for any regular season home game through the Crunch office, the Upstate Medical University Arena Box Office or by logging into your Account Manager.

What is a voucher?

A ticket voucher is valid for any one home game for the season issued. Vouchers may be redeemed for available seating for any home game through the Crunch office, the Upstate Medical University Arena Box Office or by logging into your Account Manager. A step-by-step guide for redeeming vouchers through Account Manager can be found here. Regular season vouchers may not be used for postseason home games.

How do I redeem my voucher(s)?

Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets by calling the Crunch office at 315-473-4444, visiting the Crunch office or Upstate Medical University Arena Box Office or by logging into your Account Manager.
 
Tickets that are ordered with vouchers may be canceled through the Syracuse Crunch office no later than two hours prior to the start of the game to avoid loss of voucher(s).


If I missed the game, can I exchange my ticket/voucher or get a refund?

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. All sales are final. Please verify that the seat location, quantity and game date are correct before making a purchase. Tickets that are ordered with vouchers may be canceled through the Syracuse Crunch office no later than two hours prior to the start of the game to avoid loss of voucher(s).
 
Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone a game for any reason, it will be posted as soon as it is determined and information will be shared regarding tickets for the canceled or postponed contest.


What if I cannot make it to the game because of the weather?

Only extreme inclement weather may cause Syracuse Crunch games to be canceled or postponed. Neither rain nor snow are considered inclement weather. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone a game, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined via www.syracusecrunch.com and numerous social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).


What should I do if I lose my ticket(s)?

The Syracuse Crunch are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets. Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. Tickets lost, stolen or destroyed prior to the game may be replaced by contacting the Syracuse Crunch office. Only the account holder may request and receive replacement tickets. Any ticket that is reprinted makes the original ticket void as the barcode is deactivated.


When does the Box Office open?

The Upstate Medical University Arena Box Office hours are:

Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

The Syracuse Crunch office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is located on the second floor of the Upstate Medical University Arena. If the doors to the building are locked during business hours, the Crunch office can be contacted at 315-473-4444 to let you in for assistance.


How do I pick up my tickets at will call?

Will call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope. First and last names are required for any tickets left. Company names are not accepted. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver's license or passport) in order to claim tickets. Please contact the party responsible for leaving your tickets if concerns arise. Tickets cannot be purchased at the will call window, but vouchers will be accepted to redeem tickets.
 
Will call is located on the corner of Madison St. and Montgomery St. It opens one hour prior to the start time of the game and remains open through the first period.


Am I able to leave and re-enter the game at any time?

Re-entry is not permitted. Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Upstate Medical University Arena, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed.

Does the Upstate Medical University Arena provide accommodations for the disabled?

The Upstate Medical University Arena has seating that is accessible to people who use wheelchairs, as well as other challenges. Patrons may purchase one non-wheelchair companion seats adjacent to an accessible seat, if available. For more information on accommodations, please click here.
