Luxury suites were added to the Upstate Medical University Arena for the first time at the start of the 2018-19 season. Each suite is named after a branch of the U.S. Military and is fully furnished with luxury seating and state-of-the-art amenities. Suite access includes an exclusive game day experience, VIP entrance and entry to the All Who Served Club.
In addition to full-season and half-season options, a limited number of individual game suites are available on a first come, first serve basis.

The All Who Served Club is a membership club located behind the suites on the third level of the Upstate Medical University Arena. It features a full bar and expanded food menu and offers an area for fans to enjoy before, during and after games. Access to the club is exclusive to suite guests and club members.

The Party Stage is located at the south end of the arena and features a premium VIP experience outfitted with luxury seating and activities. The stage offers fans an open atmosphere to enjoy Crunch hockey with couches, tables, and catering and your own cash bar.

The Party Stage is available to reserve throughout the 2025-26 season. The stage is the ideal location to entertain employees, clients or friends in a premium environment with customized catering options. The Party Stage requires a 30 ticket minimum and can accommodate up to 120 people. In addition to exclusive stage access, your group will also receive reserved seats in Section 132. Ticket prices start at $75 per person and include the cost of food. Additional fees may apply.
