Mark Emanuelli joined the Syracuse Crunch staff prior to the 2019-20 season after spending the previous season as a game operations intern.
 
As the Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Operations, Mark oversees all aspects of the organization’s ticketing strategy. He manages more than 500 season ticket accounts, leads sales efforts for ticket packages and group tickets, and maintains the operations of online ticketing via Ticketmaster and Account Manager. He also works with local business and organizations to develop relationships through fundraising efforts and partnerships. He is committed to providing a seamless experience for all customers, from season ticket holders to single-game purchasers. 
 
A native of Camillus, New York, Mark graduated SUNY Brockport in the Spring of 2018 with a major in Sports Management and a minor in History.
