Vance Lederman joined the Crunch as general manager and chief financial officer in January 1996 and has held the title of senior vice president of business operations since 2012.

A graduate of Brooklyn (N.Y.) College, Lederman previously served as treasurer for AST, Inc., one of Europe's leading steel manufacturers. He began his career in finance as the credit director at Canon USA, and spent 12 years in that field before joining the Crunch on a full-time basis. He is a former member of the advisory board for Elmcrest Children's Center and currently serves on the American Hockey League's Sales and Marketing, Playoff Finance and All-Star Committees. Lederman's hard work and dedication were most recently recognized when he was selected as the winner of the James C. Hendy Memorial Award, given to the outstanding executive in the American Hockey League for the 2014-15 season.

An avid hockey fan himself, Lederman is now a full-fledged Central New Yorker, living in Camillus with his wife Shelley. He has four children David, Melissa, Kyle and Cory and three grandchildren Harper, Vivian and Saige.
