SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse Crunch are hosting Syracuse Crunch Day at Tykes Tuesday in the Canyon at Destiny USA on Tuesday, August 19 from 12 to 2 p.m.
Tykes Tuesday at Destiny USA is a free family-friendly program that offers new activities every week throughout the summer. The activities, which are sponsored both by retailers and entertainment venues in Destiny USA, as well as by local organizations, aim to provide educational entertainment for children up to age 12. This summer, Tykes Tuesday partnered with Make-A-Wish Central New York to help raise money to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illness.
During the August 19 Tykes Tuesday, the Crunch will have games, including cornhole, a coloring station and an area to try on player equipment. Giveaways, including team photos, player cards and stickers, will also be available. Along with children's activities, the Crunch will have a table with information on ticket packages Crunch Bunch Kid's Club presented by Apex Entertainment.
Additionally, retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues at Destiny USA will provide exclusive discounts for families who attend Tykes Tuesday. These exclusive discounts will be circulated at the weekly programs.
