Join the Crunch family as a season ticket holder for the 2026-27 season and cash in on all the perks. Full season tickets guarantee you the same seat for all 36 home games along with the first right to purchase Calder Cup Playoffs tickets. With Crunch full season tickets, you will also enjoy additional benefits including discounted merchandise, exclusive events and payment options.
 
The Crunch will continue to provide a complimentary AHLTV on FloHockey subscription plus an exclusive gift and single-game All Who Served Club passes for next season to all new season tickets purchased or accounts renewed by April 30.
 
Once you have placed a nonrefundable deposit or signed up for a payment plan, you will also be entered into our 31 Days of Giveaways raffles in March. Additionally, if you pay-in-full by March 31, you will be invited to our Shoot-For-Your-Seat event in April.
 
We are again offering a zero-down renewal option for a limited time.

Zero-Down Renewal
 
You can purchase or renew your seats with zero-down until January 31 by signing up for an automatic payment plan that will start February 1. For renewals, simply log onto Account Manager and select the invoice tab to choose your payment plan. You can purchase new tickets with zero-down until January 31 by calling the office at 315-473-4444 or stopping by Guest Services.
 
Choosing the zero-down purchase or renewal option and signing up for a payment plan that begins February 1 will make you eligible for renewal gifts and 31 Days of Giveaways. Purchase and renewals after January 31 will require a nonrefundable $100 deposit per seat and an automatic payment plan sign-up.
 
AHLTV on FloHockey, Gift and Club Passes
 
One AHLTV on FloHockey subscription per account, one exclusive gift per seat and two single-game All Who Served Club passes per seat will be provided to every account that purchases or renews by April 30.
 
Below are your three options to renew your tickets and secure your renewal gifts:

• Sign up for an automatic payment plan with zero-down (can only be done until January 31)
• Place a $100 deposit per seat and sign up for an automatic payment plan
• Pay your balance in-full

March 31 Days of Giveaways
 
Once you purchase or renew your seats, you will be entered into daily drawings to win a variety of great Syracuse Crunch prizes throughout our 31 Days of Giveaways in March. You will be entered into our raffles and drawings and be eligible to win prizes as soon as we receive your nonrefundable deposit and a payment plan is selected. You will also be eligible if you choose the zero-down renewal option.
 
April Shoot-For-Your-Seat
 
The Shoot-For-Your-Seat event will take place again in April for all accounts that are paid in full by March 31. Shoot-For-Your-Seat gives you an opportunity to take a shot on the ice for the chance to win the cost of your 2026-27 season tickets. You will have the chance to take one shot per seat. 
 
More information about 31 Days of Giveaways prizes and the date and time for the Shoot-For-Your-Seat event will be shared in the upcoming weeks.
 
Deposits and Payment Plans
 
To view your invoice and set up your payment plan, log onto your Account Manager at www.syracusecrunch.com/accountmanager. You may also submit your deposit and set up a payment plan at Guest Services located behind Section 222 on the second floor of the Upstate Medical University Arena Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during a Crunch home game or over the phone at 315-473-4444.
 
We are continuing to offer two payment plan options for your 2026-27 tickets. You may choose either an 8-month or a 6-month payment plan, but it may not extend beyond September. If you wish to have a shorter payment plan, please contact the Crunch office and we will set it up.
 
Monthly: you will automatically be charged equal payments on the first of every month.
Bimonthly: you will automatically be charged equal payments on the first and 15th of every month.
 
Once renewed, your Account Manager will allow you to view your invoices and pay off your balance before the end of your payment plan. For information on how to sign up and log in to your Account Manager, click here.
