Jordan Bergen joined the Syracuse Crunch full time prior to the 2023-24 season after spending the previous season as a game operations intern.

As Team Services & Game Operations Manager, Jordan oversees all aspects of the Crunch Authentic Program and assists with in-arena operations on game days.

Jordan graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2023 with her B.S. in Sport Management with a concentration in Sport Sales and Marketing.
