TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Lightning updated the schedule and roster for the team's annual Development Camp to be held July 2-6 at the Brandon Ice Sports Forum in Tampa. The expanded roster consists of 32 players: 17 forwards, 11 defensemen and four goaltenders. Syracuse Crunch head coach Rob Zettler is among the Lightning staff who will oversee the camp. (Zettler interview below.) The camp is free and open to the public.

Additions to the roster since the original June 12 announcement include all seven selections in the 2014 NHL Draft, which took place this past weekend in Philadelphia. That includes first-round pick, defenseman Anthony DeAngelo, as well as second-round picks Dominick Masin and Johnathan MacLeod. Newly added invitees include forward Eric Robinson from Dartmouth University and Dan Renouf from the University of Maine. Notre Dame forward Jeff Costello, acquired this past Friday in the deal that brought defenseman Jason Garrison to Tampa Bay, has also been added.

Nikita Gusev, Nikita Nesterov, James Mullin and Danick Gauthier, originally scheduled to attend, will no longer participate.

The updated Development Camp roster includes nine players who've already played in at least one game for the Syracuse Crunch: forwards Adam Erne, Henri Ikonen, Cedric Paquette, Tanner Richard, Dalton Smith and Joel Vermin; defensemen Dan Milan and Artem Sergeev; and goalie Kristers Gudlevskis.

The camp will feature some of the Lightning's top prospects competing in on- and off-ice workouts, skating drills and the annual 3-on-3 tournament Saturday and Sunday. The tournament will be streamed live on www.TampaBayLightning.com.

The third overall selection of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Jonathan Drouin, will make his second Lightning Development Camp appearance, as will highly-touted goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy who will be making his North American debut in 2014-15. Lightning fans will recognize Gudlevskis and Paquette from their time with the Bolts last season. Former first-round selection Slater Koekkoek will also be in attendance.

There are three invitees, including Hobey Baker Finalist and Brandon native Clay Witt from Northeastern University. There are also three players who were signed as free agents, and 19 draftees. The drafted players feature six from the 2013 draft, eight from the 2012 draft, three from 2011 and two from 2010.

Zettler discussed Development Camp, the NHL Draft, the Toyota Frozen Dome Classic and more with Dan D'Uva on ESPN Radio June 27.
