The Syracuse Crunch are beginning renewals and sales for 2025-26 season tickets!

We're excited to begin this process with a big announcement. The Upstate Medical University Arena will be getting all new lower bowl seating this summer. The seats will be larger, more comfortable and feature cup holders.
 
Additionally, the Crunch will continue to provide all accounts renewed or new season tickets purchased by May 30 with a complimentary AHLTV on FloHockey subscription plus an exclusive gift and single-game All Who Served Club passes for next season. 
 
New Lower Bowl Seating
 
This summer, Sections 103 through 123, Rows AA through HH will be outfitted with brand-new, American-made permanent seats designed for enhanced comfort and a better game day experience. The new seats are more spacious and feature cushioned seats and backs upholstered in premium vinyl. All lower bowl seats will also have the addition of cup holders on each armrest. We have a sample of the new seats outside Guest Services for the rest of this season for you to check out and test. The seats installed this summer will be all blue.

Additionally, the arena will nearly double ADA seating capacity and provide more availability in Section 123. We are also removing the lower bowl seating in front of the stage to create a new open space area and installing new retractable seating on the stage. More information will be announced at a later date about the function of these spaces.
 
All season ticket holders with seats in the lower bowl will be contacted individually. While we will do our best, the new lower bowl seating will cause some disruptions due to a change in seat size and realignment of aisles and rows. Fans that may need to be relocated will be contacted and rectified on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this.
 
AHLTV on FloHockey, Gift and Club Passes
 
One AHLTV on FloHockey subscription per account, one exclusive gift per seat and two single-game All Who Served Club passes per seat will be provided to every account that renews by May 30.
 
Below are your two options to renew your tickets and secure your renewal gifts:

• Place a $100 deposit per seat and sign up for an automatic payment plan
• Pay your balance in-full

Deposits and Payment Plans
 
To view your invoice and set up your payment plan, log onto your Account Manager at www.syracusecrunch.com/accountmanager. You may also submit your deposit and set up a payment plan at Guest Services located behind Section 222 on the second floor of the Upstate Medical University Arena Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during a Crunch home game or over the phone at 315-473-4444.
 
We are continuing to offer two payment plan options for your 2025-26 tickets. You may choose either an 8-month or a 6-month payment plan, but it may not extend beyond October. If you wish to have a shorter payment plan, please contact the Crunch office and we will set it up.
 
Monthly: you will automatically be charged equal payments on the first of every month.
Bimonthly: you will automatically be charged equal payments on the first and 15th of every month.
 
Once renewed, your Account Manager will allow you to view your invoices and pay off your balance before the end of your payment plan. For information on how to sign up and log in to your Account Manager, click here.
